Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the DiabetesLife mobile app and doctor portal. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Not medical advice

DiabetesLife is a self-management and monitoring tool. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about your medication, diet or care. Meal plans, insights and lab explanations are informational aids, not clinical instructions. In an emergency, contact your doctor or local emergency services.

Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your email and account secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use DiabetesLife.

Doctor portal

The doctor portal is for use by qualified healthcare professionals. Doctors may propose medication changes, but such proposals take effect only when the patient confirms them in the app. Doctors are responsible for their own clinical decisions and for complying with applicable professional and legal obligations.

Plans and payment

DiabetesLife offers a free tier, a patient Pro plan, and a Clinic plan for doctors and clinics. Prices are shown in the app and on our website. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Paid features are described on our pricing section. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or disrupt it for others.
• Do not use DiabetesLife to store data you are not authorised to hold, or to harm others.

Availability and changes

We work to keep DiabetesLife available and reliable, but we provide the service “as is” and cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features, and may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiabetesLife is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on the app without appropriate medical guidance.

Termination

You may stop using DiabetesLife and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
